9/28 The Human History Timeline Drawing

We started the week by taking a test over the early history of humans and geography of Central and South America. Then we began digging into the human history, adding some depth to our understanding. We did a human timeline that involved kids lining up alongside a rope, which represented various eras in time. Then we began asking the question: Why did humans evolve?

For homework, students are to take the event they chose in class and make an artistic representation of it. See the attached rubric for more details.
Part of the assignment requires them to read about their event in more detail. I could not include those readings in this post because they are too large, so I shared them with each student through Google Drive.

The drawing will be do on Wednesday or Thursday of next week.
