Students went through two more activities to help them experience the “Nature of Science”.
For homework, students will need to describe and/or draw the “ecosystem” around their home in their lab notebook.
Some things to consider when describing/drawing:
- Details, details, details (rather than saying you have a tree, describe/draw what kind of tree)
- Color always helps
- Label pictures
- Consider what makes up an ecosystem around your home (compare it to Tamarack and what you noticed there)
